These bugers are super delicious, I must warn you. They might even become a habit, they are so easy to make.
To the right I created a ingredient list to take to the store with you when you wish to start making these babies!
-10 min Gluten Free Burgers- (serves 2)
one head green cabbage
one box sunshine bugers (vegan)
one roma tomatoes
guacamole or one ripe avocado
cashew cheese or any vegan cheese
whole foods mustard ( or any variety)
first preheat the oven and put 2 burgers on parchment paper. When heated, slide burgers in the oven and then place all your ingredients in front of you on a table. Take cabbage and tear off 4 decent sized leaves (one leaf for each side of the bun). Per burger , put some cashew cheese or vegan cheese on leaf. When burgers come out of oven, place burgers directly on you leaf bun and cheese. On the side facing up, put nutritional yeast on the burger. Then cut the roma tomato and place the tomato slices on top of the nutritional yeast. Top the rest of the ingredients on to your liking. Me personally, I love going heavy with the nutritional yeast and mustard for mine.
