Hello everyone! Happy New Year!
What have I been up to? Youtube cooking video making, raw food chef school as well as starting day one of Integrative Nutrition tomorrow to learn how to be my dream as a health coach! It is giving me first day school jitters for sure to be quite honest :D Do I get to go shopping for new school supplies? I DID! For a day planner in fact :)
Anyway...not going to lie, I have been quite involved in the vegan facebook groups for a while now, and I even have my own facebook group called "bend it raw" with almost 1,000 members. Will post link in a later post :) Anyway someone had posted a "craving chart" in the group, an while everyone thought it was really cool, we soon realized that it was NOT a vegan chart and recommended milk and other things...
So I decided it would take me only a quick bit of time to remake this VEGAN STYLE. My graphic design studies were not for nothing after all. I also researched vegan alternatives, and I quickly discovered that the original list was in fact wrong about a few things....maybe the chart was outdated?
Anyway another interesting note, I discovered that one of the highest containing foods out there that contained magnesium was actually not spinach at all like I thought but COFFEE. Yes apparently...COFFEE contains more magnesium then spinach!! I decided to not put that fact on the list...but look it up...I kid you not, it is a real thing. So weird, and now I know I feel a tab bit better about my coffee habit :)
